BotBee AI Voice Agents enable businesses to automate inbound and outbound voice conversations using advanced AI technology. The platform supports multilingual communication, custom voice profiles, CRM integrations, webhook connectivity, real-time transcription, and analytics.

AI Voice Agents are billed on a usage-based model, allowing businesses to pay only for the resources they consume.

Credit System

Minimum Credit Purchase:

• Minimum Purchase: 10,000 Credits
• Credit Value: 1 Credit = ₹1
• 10,000 Credits = ₹10,000

Credit Validity:

• Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Additional credit purchases extend account usage eligibility.

AI Voice Conversation Charges

• AI voice conversations are charged based on actual call duration.
• Starting Price: ₹5 Per Minute
• Voice conversations start from ₹5 per minute.

• Voice modulation requirements and other integration factors.

Virtual Number Charges

AI Voice Agents require a virtual phone number for inbound and outbound calling.

Virtual Number Rental

• Monthly Rental: ₹300 + GST (18%)| Total Monthly Charge: ₹354 Billing Process
• Virtual number rental charges are billed separately from AI voice usage.
• Rental charges are automatically deducted from the available credit wallet every month.
