- Unlimited conversations on the BotBee side
- Messaging automation and workflows
- Shared inbox
- Integrations and tools
BotBee does not charge per conversation.
The platform subscription can be:
- Monthly plan
- Yearly plan

What Meta Charges (WhatsApp Conversation Fees)
WhatsApp conversation pricing is defined and billed by Meta, not BotBee.
Meta charges based on conversation categories:
- Marketing conversations
- Utility conversations
- Authentication conversations
These charges are:
- Not controlled by BotBee
- Not marked up by BotBee
- Billed directly through your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
