What Meta Charges (WhatsApp Conversation Fees)

WhatsApp conversation pricing is defined and billed by Meta, not BotBee.

Meta charges based on conversation categories:

• Marketing conversations
• Utility conversations
• Authentication conversations

These charges are:

• Not controlled by BotBee
• Not marked up by BotBee
• Billed directly through your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
