Rich Card
Rich Cards are single-card messages commonly used for announcements, banners, promotions, and featured content.
Supported Image Sizes
- Vertical – Short: 1440 × 480 px (Aspect Ratio 3:1)
- Vertical – Medium: 1440 × 720 px (Aspect Ratio 2:1)
- Horizontal: 768 × 1024 px (Aspect Ratio 3:4)
Maximum File Size: 2 MB
Supported Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF
Carousel
Carousel cards allow multiple swipeable images and are ideal for product collections, comparisons, and multi-offer campaigns.
Supported Image Sizes
- Short – Small: 1160 × 720 px (Aspect Ratio 8:5)
- Short – Medium: 1800 × 720 px (Aspect Ratio 5:2)
- Medium – Small: 770 × 720 px (Aspect Ratio 1:1)
- Medium – Medium: 1280 × 720 px (Aspect Ratio 16:9)
Maximum File Size: 1 MB
